My husband had dental surgery there and was very pleased with the Dr and assistants. Receptionists were helpful and pleasant. Wait time is a little long but there were many patients there.

My son went in for an x-ray for wisdom teeth. JUST an x-ray. His appointment was 10am we arrived at 9:40 We were brought back at 11:50. Absurd. Only to be told he could have the procedure that day (moment) No. Especially in 2026 with multiple ways to communicate and be efficient with scheduling. My son had to work it was not planned. It all was sketchy. I'm hoping the procedure goes well. Only cpl on our network.

I find everyone here extremely pleasant and helpful. Especially the girls in the back, the technicians. Dr. Pat was very sweet and made me feel comfortable and Dr Krakekien made me me at ease about getting my tooth extracted. They always get you in soon when you’re in pain. That tooth was out so quick I didn’t even realize it. Two shots to numb it and one pull! Thank you everyone!! Im so relieved it’s out!

Very disappointing! The hygienist was great! But my procedure wasn’t done because the office manager was too busy to look up my insurance! Even though I said I would pay cash. The work still wasn’t done. A waste of my time and day off work! The Dr. and office manager need to work on people skillls.. also I called my insurance and had an answer within 5 min of calling. The office Mgr just didn’t want to do her job . Sad

I was very satisfied with my visit at Dental Works at Southern Park in Boardman. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The dental hygienist was very professional and gentle with me when she cleaned my teeth. Could not be happier.
